The type of bodywork I do is unique. My work addresses not just the physical body, but release on a spiritual, emotional, and mental level as well.

I use several techniques to release tension and re-align your body’s energy centers, creating space and organization in the joints, tendons, ligaments, bones, and fascia.

When the body is “out of shape” (rather, not aligned), we tend to “re-shape”, or brace ourselves, around pain and tension, hoping to protect the pain. This principle applies to emotional pain as well.

In an in-person session, we will stretch and open the body, intuitively unlocking places of rigidity and stagnation. Using touch, stretching, trigger points, sound frequency healing, and reiki, I help the physical and energy body become more buoyant and fluid, easing the nervous system out of ‘flight or flight’ mode, and guiding you into a more receptive and harmonious state.
