About Me

Growing up, I was always called upon by friends and family to alleviate their aches and pains…it came naturally. I seemed to know exactly how to ease the tension and shift the energy to bring relief.

As life unfolded, I forgot about this gift. It took years to remember my purpose as a healer - and only after I emerged from a long and painful detour in my life.

During this darker time, I was highly driven, living an extreme and ungrounded lifestyle. I was falling down a slippery slope of toxic substances (namely alcohol), and other unhealthy behaviors. I felt crippling anxiety and discomfort in myself, and my life was spinning out of control. At a particular low point, I experienced a strong wake-up call that revealed to me the destructive nature of my ways. I listened to this call - and began a profound journey back to my true self.

In the wake of this transformative time, I remembered the healing power of my hands.

I wanted to learn effective tools and systems so I could harness this gift. I began training all around the world, including Thailand, Spain, and New York. I certified in reiki and sound healing, and completed two apprenticeships, one with a master tendon and ligament bodyworker. These trainings showed me the power of the body, and the powerful healing role of frequency and attention.

Others began to witness my immense transformation and naturally gravitated toward me for guidance and support. I began to understand my role not just as a hands-on healer, but as someone who could help guide and coach people towards greater alignment and self-mastery.

In 2018 I became initiated as a Granicero in the Nahua tradition of Central Mexico, a profound commitment I carry to this day. Yearly, I travel to Mexico to renew my work. Daily, I practice creating and sustaining relationships with weather beings and nature elementals to aid in the evolution of humanity and the earth.

These tools have greatly supported me in helping people in many stages of crisis and life evolution. I help people learn how to access their own internal guidance systems - bringing them into deeper alignment with themselves.
